WakeMN will accept returns of a product or merchandise, purchased from, including but not limited to, a sales event, promotional event, competition event. The return must be specified with a WakeMN representative and must meet our 15 Day (Sales Event) Return Policy. WakeMN reserves the ability to approve or deny any request for returns or exchanges. **WakeMN does not offer returns on discount and/or sale items purchased at events.**

 

Retail or dealership Purchases

If you purchase one or more of our products or services from a retail store or dealership, other than a WakeMN sales tent located at an event or from this website, and you are looking to return or exchange your purchased product(s) or service(s), please contact the retail location or dealership that the purchase was made. Individuals must comply with Retail Store or Dealership's Return Policy. www.WakeMN.com is not responsible for returns that were not purchased from this website.

 

Event sales

WakeMN offers a 30 Day Return Policy. 

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your purchases within the 30 day Return Policy. Return Shipping Costs will apply. 

If you wish to return a product or service purchased from this website, please send our customer service an email specifying the product or service, issue/reason for return, and date of purchase. The request will be reviewed and you will be contacted regarding your request. If you do not receive a response within a few days, feel free to send us another email or contact us via phone. 

In order to qualify for the 30 Day Return Policy, the item must have been purchased within 30 days of current date to meet the 30 Day Return Policy criteria, THE RECEIPT AND/OR PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED FOR EACH RETURN. The product must be in new, unused condition, must be in original packaging and the original tags/packaging must still be intact. 

If you wish to exchange your product or service purchased from this site, please contact our Customer Support and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. Customer must pay shipping for items shipped back to them. THE PRODUCT MUST MEET OUR 30 DAY RETURN POLICY IN ORDER TO DO ANY SORT OF EXCHANGE.

If we do not inquiry the return before receiving it, we will return the package to sender. Meaning; if you do not contact us regarding your product return with the necessary information before sending the product to us, we will disregard the package and Return To Sender.
